At Karina's West Auckland Pilates studio,
Pilates classes sizes are small. With a maximum of 8 per class, to ensure individual attention is maintained.
With Pilates classes the mind becomes more
in-tune with the body, working in balance together to relieve tension through body awareness, cardio and breathing exercises.
Mat classes, Group Classes, Corporate Classes and Private Pilates sessions are suitable for both men and women of any age and fitness level, including rehabilitation. See our calendar for details
Karina also offers Pilates classes for youth & sport and those who require extra strengthening or corrective work done for areas of their body to enhance their training.
Karina has been practicing Classical Pilates for over 15 years and teaching Pilates classes throughout Auckland and West Auckland for the last 12 years.
She is also a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist, with a background in nutrition, specializing in fitness, toning, physical rehabilitation and general well-being.
With over 30 years experience in the fitness field, ranging from sports training as a National gymnast, dancer, choreographer and athlete, Karina works closely with all her clients to understand all their individual requirements through Pilates and Personal Training.
