About Karina Farry Pilates
Karina Farry teaches the original, classical Pilates method founded by Joseph Pilates. The classical Pilates method consists of set exercises that re-align thebody , strengthen the core abdominal area, lengthening muscles, creating balance and enhanced well-being. It is a full body, low-impact workout that tones muscles, improves posture, increases fitness, breathing and general well-being.
